How can I contact customer service?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage returns, and receive updates on exclusive offers.
Can I make changes to my order once it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we process it quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location:
- USA: 8-14 business days
- Canada: 8-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-21 days. Please check with customer service for specific location.

*When there is a delay due to unexpected custom or port, we'll work to resolve it as soon as we can and inform you in a timely manner.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping option you choose. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 USD.
Expedited and express shipping rates will be displayed at checkout when applicable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please note that some items, such as personal care devices, may have different return policies due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items may not be eligible for return, instead a store credit. Please check with customer service.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Are returns free?
Returns are free for customers in the USA and Canada on orders over $50 USD. For other returns, a small return shipping fee may apply.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To start an exchange, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additional payment options will be added as we expand.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take security seriously. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway, and we do not store your credit card information.
Can I use multiple forms of payment?
At this time, we only accept one payment method per order.
Orders & Promotions
How can I apply a discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
How do I sign up for special offers and promotions?
You can subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive discounts, early access to new products, and special promotions. Just enter your email at the bottom of the page.
Warranty and Repair
Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover any of the following:
- Defects and damage due to loss, theft, fire, water and any unexpected events.
- Breakdown or damage caused by improper use, lack of care, or accidents.
- Defects and damaged due to normal wear and tear.
Important
- If the item is in stock and your warranty submission is approved, you will get a replacement of the same item. If not, you will be issued a store credit equivalent of the purchase price.
- Return of impacted products: If your warranty submission is approved, you must send the impacted product back to us for quality check and review.
- No refunds or exchanges: refunds will not be provided nor an exchange for a different product.
- Promotional items: Items received from a promotion or campaign may be excluded from our warranty policy.
**We reserve the right not to offer the warranty service free of charge upon inspection including proof of purchase and photos or deemed to be incomplete or ineligible within 1 year of the purchase date.
